In this class, we will be learning how to install a zipper on your handmade garments. We will learn the difference between an invisible zipper and a traditional zipper, and go over the when and the how of using both. Feel free to bring your own sewing machine, but sewing machines will also be available for you. BRING YOUR OWN MATERIALS!
MATERIALS REQUIRED:
A traditional zipper
An invisible zipper
Scrap fabric and/or a project you’re looking to add a zipper too!
Lessons are held Tuesday, 3/10, from 5:30pm to 6:30pm, at The Rainbow Nook in Jamaica Plain. Classes are sliding scale to make them accessible to all, please pay what you can!
